Senior RPA Developer / Power Automate Developer - Contract Outside IR35 Sussex (2 days/week onsite, flexible for the right candidate) ASAP start (October)Our client, a major player in Financial Services/Insurance, is moving away from Blue Prism and migrating its automation estate to Power Automate Desktop Flows. They’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer to lead the lift-and-shift of existing processes into the new platform.The Role:You’ll work closely with an in-house team of Blue Prism-experienced RPA Developers (plus a development team based in India) to assess and migrate existing automations, ensuring Power Automate is the right fit for each process before rebuilding it. This is a hands-on migration role requiring strong Power Automate expertise to complement the team’s existing Blue Prism knowledge.What You’ll Need:Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism and Power Automate (Desktop Flows essential)Solid understanding of RPA best practice and automation
