Weiterentwicklung unserer webbasierten Prüfanwendung in Abstimmung mit IT, Marketing und Projektmanagement

  • Unterstützung bei funktionalen Tests und Qaulitätssicherung
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Teams (Hotline-Team) für alle Anfragen rund um die Prüfanwendung
  • Datenmanagement und Optimierung von Kundenreportings
  • Wahrnehmung von Kundenterminen zur Präsentation von Produktfunktionen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung (z. B. Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT oder vergleichbar)

  • Interesse an digitalen Produkten, Prozessen und Systemen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Produktmanagement oder IT-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Neugier und Motivation, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
