That’s why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don’t have all the answers yet.Our culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.We’re looking for people who:Are curious and excited about technologyLike solving problems and figuring things outCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a teamWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselvesIf you’re someone who’s eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you’ll fit right in here.Responsibilities:Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and sustains data engineering solutions that automate data collection, transformation, validation, and delivery across ANG CDAO source systems, repositories, and analytics platformsDevelops SQL and Python-based ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, monitoring tools, and recovery procedures to ensure timely and accurate data availabilityManages repository health, data quality controls, performance optimization, system interfaces, and operational troubleshooting to support mission-critical reporting and decision-support capabilitiesCollaborates with analysts, developers, and Government stakeholders to implement business intelligence products, Power Platform solutions, enterprise applications, and AI-enabled capabilities using governed data sourcesSupports Data Pipeline Development, Data Warehouse Management, Business Intelligence Products, and Enterprise Application Maintenance through secure engineering and operational support servicesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, or related technical rolesDesign and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concernsPerform systems management and integration functionsPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignmentsPlans and leads major technology assignmentsEvaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and successFunctions as a technical expert across multiple project assignmentsMay supervise othersSecurity+ certificationAn Active Security clearance is requiredIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
