Job description

Verantwortung für die Entgeltabrechnung in SAP HCM inkl. Customizing (Lohnarten, Zeitmodelle, etc.)

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Landschaft (insb. Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebs inkl. Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen SAP, Workday und weiteren HR-/Finance-Systemen
  • Mitarbeit in spannenden Projekten (u. a. S/4HANA, Fiori) - je nach Erfahrung auch (Teil-)Projektleitung
  • Pflege und Verarbeitung von Personal- und Zeitdaten unter Einhaltung der DSGVO
  • Unterstützung bei digitalen HR-Tools, Datenmigrationen und Optimierungen

Requirements

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll mit SAP HCM

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Zeitwirtschaft und Abrechnungsprozessen (inkl. komplexer Modelle)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit S/4HANA, Fiori oder Workday von Vorteil
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Spaß an Zusammenarbeit
