Job description

Act as Application Owner, Functional Analyst and Developer for key SAP BW/4HANA reporting applications.
Analyse and document business requirements for reports and dashboards.
Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.
Work closely with business departments, management, IT teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Contribute to reporting solutions related to maintenance planning, immobilisation schedules, transport planning and workforce planning.
Provide recommendations on reporting techniques through mock-ups, Proofs of Concept and best practices.
Validate reports and dashboards developed by internal or external development teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date functional and technical documentation.
Coordinate with users, suppliers and stakeholders on roadmaps, enhancements, incidents and bug fixes.
Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for the applications, reports and dashboards under your responsibility.
Ensure alignment with existing business, solution and enterprise architecture.
Collaborate with Enterprise, System and Solution Architects where required.
Contribute to test scenario definition, functional testing and data cleansing.
Participate in site visits to operational workshops across the country when required.

Requirements

Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
15+ years of experience with SAP BW / SAP BW/4HANA.
3+ years of experience in the railway sector.
Relevant SAP certifications in BW, BW/4HANA and/or SAP Datasphere.
Strong experience with reporting and analytics solutions, including:
SAP BW / BW/4HANA
SAP BusinessObjects / Web Intelligence
SAP Analytics Cloud
Power BI
Proven experience with BW 7.x to BW/4HANA migration projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM and SAP PM.
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PS is a plus.
Good understanding of business analysis techniques, including use cases and scenario development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and practical skills.
Proactive, structured and highly organised approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English; Dutch or French at C1 level, with the other languages at least B2.
Willingness to work on-site at the client’s offices and visit operational locations when required.
