HR Systems and Data Analyst

Our People Team is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join us on a full-time basis at our Northampton Distribution Centre. What you’ll be doing: In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining and administering our HRIS systems across the entire employee lifecycle. From granting access and managing releases to performing data integrity audits, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also act as a tier-2 escalation point for our Shared Services team and play a key specialist role in exciting HR systems projects. Administering and maintaining HR systems (including user setup and hierarchy changes).

• Problem-solving user issues as a key part of the HR Shared Services team and change request process.
• Providing specialist HR data and systems knowledge for system upgrades, tool design, and leadership reporting (such as salary reviews, bonuses, and attendance data).
• Working closely with payroll and operational teams to ensure accurate colleague pay and successful pay period closures.
• Proactively recommending system and process improvements, including administrative AI and automation tools, to boost efficiency and enhance the user experience.
• Creating and maintaining system guides, knowledge cards, and testing documentation.
• Communicating important system events across the business.

• Previous experience as an HR system “super user” with a passion for system development (experience with Oracle is highly desirable as we move to our new platform).
• Hands-on experience with user testing and working across multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge or experience of integrations and interface processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly and simply.
