1st Line IT Support Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line IT Support Technician to join the team and provide day-to-day technical support to customers., * Provide 1st line technical support via telephone, email and ticketing systems.

• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and Windows issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
• Assist with basic Active Directory and networking issues.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Manage and update support tickets.
• Escalate more complex issues to 2nd Line.
• Provide excellent customer service.

We are open to entry-level candidates and those with some previous IT support experience or a foundation in IT.

You should have:

• An interest in developing a career in IT.
• Basic Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Good general computer and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred., * helpdesk
