- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritising workload.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to overcome challenges and deliver results.
- Continuously adapt to new tools and technologies, evaluating and adopting emerging techniques, including AI-assisted analytics, as the field evolves.
- Coach and mentor junior data analysts, sharing best practices and analytical expertise.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through data-backed recommendations.
- Proven experience managing projects and delivering results independently.
- Good understanding of core analytics concepts, such as data modelling, blending, and visualization.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing technical landscape and learning new tools, technologies, and analytical methodologies.
- Experience within scholarly communications, publishing, or a related industry is advantageous but not essential.
