Requirements
We are seeking a motivated Associate Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the development and deployment of cutting-edge robotics and automation solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a science, engineering, or technical academic background who are looking to transition into a technology-focused career. We are seeking high-potential individuals who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and communication skills, and who are excited to learn robotics technology and technical program management through hands-on experience and mentorship., Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience: 0-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, technical operations, research, engineering, consulting, or related environments., * Experience leading projects, research initiatives, student organizations, or academic programs.
- Exposure to technical environments such as robotics, automation, software development, engineering, or laboratory research.
- Experience working across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with project management tools, Agile methodologies, or process improvement concepts.
- Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and desire to grow into a technical leadership role.
