Sr. Solutions Architect

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in software development with progressive architecture responsibilities, including managing architecture across an enterprise application portfolio
• Strong knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, event-driven patterns, MCP servers, and cloud-native design principles including container orchestration with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift; experience with AI tooling such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot
• Solid understanding of security architecture principles including threat modeling, secure-by-design practices, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in solution architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or the Zachman Framework, with demonstrated ability to define scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions
• Experience with performance engineering, cost optimization strategies, and defining and validating non-functional requirements across enterprise-scale applications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Codefresh or similar tools
• Experience with application development technologies including Node.js, Grails, Vue, and Angular
• Experience with database management systems including Oracle, Postgres, and MongoDB
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
