Must have 6+ years of Experience Self-starter / strong work ethic General application experience / technical understanding Experience managing SaaS applications (setup SSO, maintain systems) Managing application catalog for an application - Up to date? Minimum requirements are met, etc Understanding of applications - i.e. Solution doesn’t support SSO = Rejected Data entry Procedural thought Ability to partner with different HQT teams to collect and share information Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively) Experience with AI (will need them to regularly use AI (Claude) May also pull them in for other misc assigned duties, as business / team needs require
