*Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards in an enterprise environment.

*Demonstrated experience with ETL and Reporting/BI tools.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively address both technical and non-technical audiences.

*Strong understanding of data models, data visualization best practices, and enterprise reporting standards.
