In this role, you will provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and support for heavy CNC cutting machinery, motion-control systems, and plasma cutting equipment. - Document technical resolutions within CRM systems and coordinate replacement parts and warranty claims.
Requirements
- Strong background in electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with hand tools and digital multimeters is required.
- Understanding of basic control circuits, switches, relays, motors, fuses, and wiring. Ability to read (or learn to read) electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical procedures to customers with varying levels of mechanical experience.
- Ideal candidate backgrounds include industrial maintenance, automotive/diesel/heavy equipment repair, mechatronics, welding/fabrication equipment, or military electrical/mechanical occupations.
