Scrum Master

• Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile teams supporting an enterprise customer communications platform.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospectives.
• Drive Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage work items, sprint activities, team backlogs, and delivery tracking.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to align priorities and objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or project delivery.
• Monitor sprint progress and support successful delivery of project milestones.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Starting at $65.00 per hour, with potential for higher compensation based on experience, qualifications, and relevant expertise., The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed.
