Salesforce Developer

This position is a business-facing coordinator/analyst role rather than a traditional BA, PM, or Product Manager position., Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Business Project Coordinator to support a large-scale e-commerce replatforming initiative. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping gather business needs, coordinate discussions, document requirements, and ensure project activities continue moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing complex initiatives, facilitating meetings, and driving follow-through across multiple stakeholder groups. The position is highly collaborative and business-focused, requiring strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

While this role will support business requirements gathering and documentation efforts, it is not a traditional Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Process Improvement role. Technical solutioning and system design responsibilities will remain with the IT organization and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and future-state needs for a new e-commerce platform.

Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions.

Capture detailed meeting notes, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Follow up with stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and maintain momentum across project activities.

Identify and engage the appropriate business stakeholders across a large and distributed organization.

Organize and document business requirements for review by IT teams.

Support the transition of business requirements to IT teams for technical analysis and solution design.

Assist in documenting future-state processes and workflows.

Maintain project documentation, status updates, meeting materials, and presentations.

Help coordinate cross-functional activities while ensuring key deliverables remain on track.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders.

Experience facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Comfortable asking questions, driving clarity, and following up persistently to obtain information.

Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to understand project plans and timelines; familiarity with Microsoft Project is helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting e-commerce, digital commerce, online retail, consumer-facing digital platforms, or related business initiatives.

Exposure to online business functions such as digital marketing, customer experience, merchandising, email marketing, or e-commerce operations.

Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
