Job description
- Ensure availability and reliability of data center operations
- Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues
- Perform root cause analysis on hardware/software failures
- Train internal teams and develop technical documentation
- Provide hands-on technical support to data center teams
- Develop scripts for server and network hardware updates
- Maintain inventory and manage equipment installations
- Conduct maintenance on test and tooling equipment

Contract Details
- Contract-to-hire: 6 months to 1 year
- Sign-on bonus for relocation:
- $2,500 (short-distance)
- $5,000 (long-distance)
