• Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Translate business, customer and regulatory needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize and improve customer, employer, broker and employee journeys.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Agile teams, architects and other Product Owners.
• Coordinate dependencies and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and customer outcomes.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market and technology trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure strong business alignment.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, digital transformation, business transformation or project management.
• Strong and recent experience in Employee Benefits / 2nd pillar / group insurance is essential.
• Experience with customer journey redesign and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, autonomous and results-driven.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; SAFe experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with strong professional English.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and lead people through change.
