IT Support Engineer

• 1-3+ years of experience in IT support, deskside support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Knowledge of printers, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to work onsite and respond to coverage requirements when requested., * How many years of IT Support Experience do you have?
• Are you comfortable to work completely onsite on a Backfill / part time position?

• Monthly Retainer: €200/month
• Includes 1 onsite visit per month to maintain site access/IDs and familiarity with the environment.
• Onsite Coverage Daily Rate: €200/day
• Engagement is on an Independent Contractor (IC) basis.
