Requirements
- 1-3+ years of IT support experience
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Office 365
- Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Strong end-user support and customer service skills
- Knowledge of networking basics, printers, VPN, and Active Directory
- Ability to work onsite and provide deskside support independently
Job Type: Part-time, * Are you comfortable working as an Independent Contractor at a rate of 200 Euros per day without benefits?
