Senior Blockchain Developer / Web3 Architect

As a Senior Blockchain Developer / Web3 Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying secure, scalable blockchain solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge Web3 products that drive innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop blockchain-based applications and infrastructure.
• Architect secure and scalable Web3 platforms and decentralized systems.
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts.
• Integrate blockchain protocols, wallets, and decentralized services.
• Conduct smart contract audits and security reviews.
• Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.
• Experience with Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks.
• Strong understanding of decentralized application (dApp) architecture.
• Experience with Web3 libraries and frameworks such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of blockchain security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Layer 2 solutions and scaling technologies.
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or tokenomics.
• Experience with Rust, Golang, or other blockchain-related languages.
• Familiarity with cross-chain protocols and interoperability solutions.
