Job description

  • You analyze cancellations and contract terminations across our digital products and identify key drivers behind customer churn.
  • You collect, structure, and evaluate churn reasons and customer loss drivers.
  • You identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer and churn data.
  • You support the analysis of customer surveys and qualitative customer feedback.
  • You create reports, dashboards, and management insights for various stakeholders.
  • You contribute to the development and implementation of actionable improvement initiatives based on analytical findings.
  • You support the definition of relevant KPIs to measure customer retention and churn.
  • You collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams., We stand for the compatibility of family and career! Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
  • You approach tasks in a structured, detail-oriented, and independent manner.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
  • You have an interest in data-driven business decisions, customer retention, and customer experience topics.
  • You are proactive, collaborative, and possess strong communication skills.
  • You have a good command of both German and English.
