Job description
We are looking for an IT & ERP Support Analyst to join our team and provide day-to-day IT support across the business, while taking ownership of first line support for our ERP system and other key business applications.
This is a hands-on role where you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT or system issues. You’ll troubleshoot problems, help users get the most from our systems and work closely with our external IT provider and ERP provider to resolve more complex issues.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across both IT and ERP systems, making this a great role for someone looking to build their career in business systems and technology

What You’ll Be Doing
· Provide first-line IT support to employees across the business.
· Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Windows and user access issues.
· Support PCs, laptops, printers, monitors and other IT equipment.
· Set up IT equipment and user accounts for new starters and manage leaver processes.
· Provide first-line support for our ERP system and help users resolve system queries.
· Manage basic ERP user administration, access and permissions.
· Investigate system issues and work with our ERP provider or external IT provider where escalation is required.
· Support ERP updates, upgrades, testing and implementation of changes.
· Support systems used across our production and warehouse environments, including barcode scanning, labelling and production data capture.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, practical and enjoys solving problems.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an IT support, service desk or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and user access issues.
- Experience supporting business applications or systems.
- Experience working with an external MSP or IT support provider.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in technology and learning new systems.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Previous experience supporting an ERP system.
- Experience with ERP user administration or system configuration.
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or production environment.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or VBA.
- Experience with barcode scanning, labelling or production systems
