Senior PC Support Technician

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior PC Support Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for providing second-line support to users, ensuring efficient incident management and resolution., * Create, log, and process incidents and user requests via phone or a computerized management tool.

• Follow up and resolve assigned incidents and requests.
• Perform technical diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Enhance existing internal procedures and knowledge base, sharing improvements with the team through documentation and procedures.
• Provide transparent, honest, and objective support to users, delivering personalized service and maintaining constructive contacts.
• Install computer hardware and software based on established procedures.
• Prepare and set up workstations.
• Manage the smartphone fleet (Android and iOS) and associated subscriptions.

• Proficiency in Windows 11 and MS 365.
• Basic knowledge of networking and connectivity.
• Experience with the Ivanti platform for ticket management (minimum 3 years).
• Strong incident resolution skills, service request management, and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of IT tools commonly used within a Service Desk.
• Client-oriented mindset and a strong sense of service.
• Ability to ask the right questions to accurately identify issues faced by users.
• Stress resistance and the ability to remain calm and courteous, even with users lacking IT knowledge.
• Fluency in French and Dutch is essential.
