Website Developer

You’ll work across a variety of projects, helping both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building websites for new customers
• Supporting and maintaining existing customer websites
• Meeting prospective customers and explaining our services
• Working with existing customers to resolve issues and develop new features
• Communicating with customers via phone, email and live chat
• Providing training and guidance on our systems

If you have a passion for building websites, enjoy working directly with customers, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you., Experience in the following areas would be an advantage, but isn’t essential:

• HTML & CSS
• JavaScript
• PHP
• MySQL
• Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• VOIP phone systems
• Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams

We’re more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

We’re also looking for someone who is:

• A confident and effective communicator
• Comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues
• Organised and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects
• Friendly, proactive and willing to learn, * A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Web development: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (required)
