Remote data collection operative

We are currently recruiting Multilingual Remote Calling & Data Collection Operatives to join our client’s team on a fully remote basis.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses in the UK and overseas, verifying company information and collecting accurate data on behalf of funding clients.

This is not a traditional cold-calling or sales role. Calls are structured and task-focused, with a provided dialler system and clear daily targets. The role would suit someone with previous experience in telesales, data entry, call handling or customer service who is confident speaking with businesses and working independently., * Make outbound calls to businesses to verify company information

• Confirm business names, trading status, addresses and contact details
• Verify that businesses actively trade in specific products
• Confirm sales activity, including wholesale, retail, bulk supply and export
• Accurately record information using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Use the provided dialler to manage calls and record outcomes
• Meet daily call and task completion targets
• Complete daily reports and verification tasks
• Communicate with the operations team via WhatsApp to resolve queries and discrepancies

• Previous experience in data entry, telesales and professional call handling
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently to set targets
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently from home
• Reliable and organised approach to work

Language Requirements

Fluency in one of the Four languages below is essential:

• Portuguese
• Spanish
• French
• Italian

Additional Requirements

• Must be available to work some weekends when required
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment
• Smartphone and laptop or PC
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for day-to-day communication
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete work accurately
• Strong time management and self-discipline
