Website Manager

The Website Manager is responsible for the company’s website, website development, digital systems, conversion infrastructure, analytics, technical marketing systems and technical performance.

The role is responsible for ensuring that:

• the website works correctly;
• development projects are properly specified and delivered;
• website improvements are continuously identified and implemented;
• digital tracking and attribution are functioning;
• integrations work correctly;
• conversions are monitored and improved;
• developers and technical suppliers are properly managed;
• technical SEO requirements are maintained;
• the company’s digital marketing infrastructure is reliable and understood.

The Website Manager is the department’s primary owner of digital implementation and website performance.

• Proven experience managing websites or digital platforms
• Ability to conduct user research to inform design decisions that enhance overall user experience (UX).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
