Core Services Technical Lead - Identity / Enterprise Command Centre

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team., * Core Services Technical Lead with deep expertise in Identity and Enterprise Command Centre, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives within a large-scale transformation programme.
• Manage the services roadmap while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, disciplined governance and financial control across workstreams.
• Oversee all delivery phases, including scoping, planning, requirements definition, testing, deployment and service transition.
• Maintain detailed project plans and track milestones, risks, dependencies and progress.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, including RAID logs and status reports.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to support informed decision-making and maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and execution excellence.
• Adapt and apply governance frameworks effectively across distributed teams.
