Job description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Core Services Technical Lead responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of projects within a large-scale transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, strong delivery governance and rigorous financial control across all workstreams.
- Solid technical background in Networks and full ownership of the Services Roadmap.
- Promote execution excellence, stakeholder alignment and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead all stages of project delivery, including scoping, planning, requirements definition, testing, deployment and service transition.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Track and communicate milestones, risks, dependencies and progress to leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, RAID logs and status reports.
- Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks and issues to support informed decision-making and maintain delivery momentum.
