S/4HANA Finance Transformation Consultant

The consultant will partner closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners to manage timelines, risks, deliverables, governance, and communications. This role requires strong project management discipline, SAP implementation experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced transformation environment., * Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource needs.

• Coordinate across Finance, IT, business teams, vendors, and external system integrators to drive execution.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, risk tracking, issue escalation, and executive communication.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, workshops, and decision-making forums.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and aligned with SAP solution design.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and readiness activities to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Support change management, user adoption, testing coordination, training readiness, and go-live preparation.
• Identify risks and blockers early, drive resolution, and maintain accountability across workstreams.
• Partner with finance transformation leaders to support process improvement and operating model changes.
• Maintain strong documentation and communication cadence across all key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale ERP or finance transformation implementations.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP-related transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of finance-related SAP modules or processes, including areas such as FI/CO, Procure-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and project governance skills.
• Proven ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Experience supporting change management, testing, training, and go-live readiness activities.
• Media, entertainment, studio finance, or similarly complex industry experience preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.
