Data Administrator

Based in our Bispham office, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced, performance focused environment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, inputting, managing, and validating data to support our operational and sales activity. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within the energy industry., * Source, input, and maintain accurate data in line with company and industry standards

• Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems
• Validate information and ensure a consistently high standard of quality
• Support internal teams by providing accurate and reliable data
• Work towards daily and weekly performance targets
• Ensure all activity is completed in line with internal processes and compliance requirements

Essential

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Confident using computers and office-based systems

Desirable

• Previous experience within the energy sector
• Experience in data sourcing, data administration, or a similar office-based role
• Previous experience using CRM systems or databases
