AI solution Architect - France (M/F)

The AI Solutions Architect plays a strategic and technical leadership role in the design, promotion, and implementation of innovative AI solutions. Leveraging expertise in Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Information Retrieval, and Software Architecture, you will design scalable solution architectures, support business development initiatives, lead pre-sales activities, and drive AI adoption across client organizations.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients identify high-value AI opportunities, translate business challenges into innovative solutions, and define transformation roadmaps aligned with their strategic objectives. You will also ensure that AI solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices in AI governance, MLOps, LLMOps, and Responsible AI.

This role combines technical leadership, solution design, client engagement, business development, team coordination, and innovation to support the continued growth and successful delivery of APGAR’s AI offerings. You will also contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership initiatives while staying at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and industry trends., * Design scalable and secure AI architectures aligned with business objectives.

• Define technical roadmaps from solution design to deployment.
• Leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and enterprise technologies.
• Promote best practices in AI architecture, MLOps, and Responsible AI.

Client Advisory & Business Transformation

• Guide clients throughout their AI transformation journey.
• Identify opportunities to create measurable business value with AI.
• Translate business challenges into practical and innovative AI solutions.
• Lead workshops, strategic assessments, and steering committee discussions.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for AI opportunities.
• Design solution proposals and contribute to RFP responses.
• Participate in demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Build high-value business cases that highlight the impact of AI.

AI Offering Development

• Contribute to the evolution of APGAR’s AI offerings.
• Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and AI assets.
• Promote APGAR’s expertise through events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and support AI consultants and project teams.
• Guide architecture decisions throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure solution quality, consistency, and compliance with best practices.
• Foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.

Innovation & Technology Watch

• Monitor emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and market trends.
• Explore innovations in LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems.
• Lead experimentation initiatives and proof-of-value projects.
• Recommend new approaches and technologies to strengthen APGAR’s AI capabilities.

You have extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.

You are passionate about Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

You are comfortable working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

You enjoy mentoring teams and driving innovation across projects.

You have experience leading presales activities, workshops, and solution demonstrations.

You can translate business challenges into innovative and scalable AI solutions, * Expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.

• Strong knowledge of NLP and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with RAG architectures, information retrieval, and knowledge management.
• Understanding of LLM governance, evaluation, and optimization practices.

Software Engineering

• Strong software architecture and solution design skills.
• Proficiency in Python and modern development frameworks.
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Experience with AI services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and deployment automation practices

Leadership & Advisory

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business value creation and measurable impact., * PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related field., * 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Experience leading client-facing AI initiatives and consulting engagements.
• Strong track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, and business development activities.
