IT & Business Systems Executive

• Manage the Group’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and end-user support.
• Administer Legionella Dossier and bespoke business systems.
• Support Microsoft Power Platform applications and the bespoke CRM.
• Manage the Remote Temperature Monitoring platform (Azure, LoRaWAN & ThingsBoard).
• Maintain hosting, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Manage hardware, telecommunications, CCTV and vehicle tracking.
• Work with external technology suppliers and software partners.
• Drive automation, digital innovation and continuous improvement.

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows administration skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, CRM systems or cloud technologies is desirable.
• A proactive individual with a passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement.
