Job description
- Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & other marketplaces manage karna
- Product listing, title, description, images aur pricing update karna
- Orders, cancellations, returns & refunds manage karna
- Inventory/stock maintain karna
- Marketplace sales aur performance reports prepare karna
- Product catalog ko regularly update karna
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets ka use karna
- Customer queries aur marketplace issues handle karna
- Sales improve karne ke liye basic product analysis karna
- Promotions/ads/discounts ko coordinate karna
Requirements
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Amazon Seller Central ka basic knowledge preferred
- Flipkart/Meesho seller panel knowledge preferred
- Good communication
- Basic data analysis
- Attention to detail
- E-commerce trends ki understanding
Qualification: Any Graduate / BBA / B.Com / BCA / B.Tech preferred.
