Job description
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Marketplace Administrator to join our growing ecommerce team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, online platforms and customer service. You’ll play a key role in supporting and growing our marketplace channels, ensuring products are accurately listed, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive a first-class experience.
Working across platforms including Amazon, eBay, Tesco, B&Q, TikTok Shop and OnBuy, you’ll help ensure our products are visible, accurate and performing effectively across multiple online marketplaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining product listings across multiple marketplace platforms.
- Uploading and updating product information, descriptions, pricing and images.
- Monitoring listings and resolving marketplace errors and issues.
- Processing marketplace orders and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Responding to customer enquiries, returns, refunds and delivery queries.
- Monitoring stock levels and pricing accuracy.
- Supporting promotions, campaigns and marketplace events.
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate records for the Marketplace team.
- Working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and online systems.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A logical problem solver with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Ecommerce or marketplace experience.
- Experience with Amazon, eBay or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of product listings, SKUs and catalogue management.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience handling online orders and customer queries.
