YOUR TECHNOLOGY PRIORITIES

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and technical support
• Oversee hardware, software, networks, and business systems
• Monitor system performance, security, and access
• Troubleshoot technical issues and minimise disruption
• Support system upgrades, installations, and technology projects
• Manage relationships with external IT suppliers and service providers
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support data security and appropriate access controls
• Identify opportunities to improve technology and business efficiency

• Previous experience in IT management or a similar position
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and security
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good project and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong attention to detail
