ServiceNow Enterprise Transformation Consultant

Linking Humans is working with a leading consultancy looking for someone who can help major organisations transform and automate business processes across areas such as finance, procurement, shared services, asset management and enterprise operations.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work at the more strategic end of ServiceNow, combining consulting, transformation, solution design and client advisory.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work with enterprise clients to understand how their business processes operate today and help redesign them using ServiceNow.

Typical responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on enterprise transformation and process improvement
• Designing ServiceNow-enabled workflows across business functions
• Supporting finance, procurement and shared services transformation
• Working on Enterprise Asset Management and industry workflow programmes
• Helping clients automate manual or inefficient processes
• Supporting integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle
• Using ServiceNow App Engine, Creator Workflows and low-code capabilities
• Building transformation roadmaps and business cases
• Working with senior stakeholders across operations, finance and procurement
• Contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids and client presentations, * ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
• ServiceNow Advisory Consultant
• ServiceNow Process Consultant
• ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant
• ServiceNow Business Architect

Are you a senior ServiceNow professional who enjoys solving bigger business problems, not just configuring ITSM?, You’ll ideally have strong ServiceNow experience combined with broader business transformation or consulting experience. Experience in at least two of the following would be particularly relevant:

• Finance operations
• Procurement or supplier management
• Enterprise Asset Management
• Shared services
• Industry workflows
• Business process transformation
• App Engine or Creator Workflows
• Workflow automation
• Enterprise platform transformation

You should also be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business problems into practical ServiceNow solutions.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, low-code platforms, pre-sales, proposals or RFPs would be a strong advantage.
