Job description

  • Participer aux projets d’implémentation SAP SuccessFactors
  • Recueillir les besoins métiers et animer les ateliers RH
  • Paramétrer les modules SAP SF (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals…)
  • Réaliser les phases de tests, recette et support utilisateurs
  • Accompagner les clients dans la conduite du changement
  • Participer au support applicatif et aux évolutions des solutions RH

Requirements

  • Bac +5 (RH, SIRH, Informatique ou équivalent)
  • Expérience de 2 à 8 ans sur SAP SuccessFactors
  • Bonne compréhension des processus RH
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié
  • Excellent relationnel, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
  • Certifications SAP SuccessFactors appréciées
  • Expérience projet S/4HANA ou environnement international
  • Connaissance des méthodologies Agile

Rémunération : 36 032,43€ à 79 349,49€ par an
