Finance Systems Analyst

Support the availability, maintenance and configuration of financial systems, including D365 F&O, as part of day-to-day BAU operations. You will also have responsibility of SAP Concur and other financial systems.

• Add, amend, and troubleshoot configuration across the finance systems, escalating complex issues to third-party or 2nd line support
• Provide 1st line operational support to finance system users in collaboration with the technical helpdesk
• Support change management activities, ensuring system changes, releases and process updates are properly assessed, communicated and documented
• Act as a key point of contact for the incident team in collaboration with the technical support desk in the event of unplanned outages and P1/P2 issues
• Help implement and maintain finance processes within the finance systems
• Support the release process, including regression testing, under guidance from senior colleagues and in collaboration with technology and supplier partners
• Contribute to improvement initiatives by gathering feedback, planning enhancements, and supporting implementation in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Represent the finance systems team in internal meetings and communications, and act as a point of contact for D365 F&O queries

This is a great opportunity for someone with a financial background and dedicated D365 F&O experience who enjoys working with systems, processes and change, and is looking to grow their expertise in a collaborative environment., Finance/Accountancy qualification preferred but not essential. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
