Data Analyst & Systems Development Officer

The role will involve analysing operational, financial, workforce and business data and helping to develop user-friendly systems to support areas such as CRM, care plans, occupancy, rotas, HR information, management reporting and other operational functions.

The postholder will work closely with the Managing Director/CEO, Finance, HR, Operations and care-home management teams to ensure information is accurate, consistent and useful for operational and financial decision-making.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with data, developing systems, solving practical problems and improving processes through technology., * Develop, maintain and improve practical in-house digital systems and databases.

• Work with managers and staff to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Support the development, testing and implementation of new systems.
• Track care-plan reviews, completion and outstanding actions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support monitoring and management oversight.
• Support appropriate alerts and escalation processes.
• Maintain accurate occupancy and vacancy information across care homes.
• Maintain appropriate HR databases and information systems.
• Develop and maintain a CRM system to record enquiries, referrals, prospective residents and admissions.
• Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse operational, financial, workforce and care-related data.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure operational information supports accurate financial reporting.

• Full UK driving license is essential as you will be travelling around various sites.
• Experience in data analysis, systems development, business intelligence, programme development or a related area.
• Experience developing or supporting databases, information systems or business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good to advanced Excel skills and strong general IT capability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A practical, flexible and solutions-focused approach., A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject is desirable but not essential where the candidate has relevant experience.
