Communication: Leads technical discussions in team meetings, prepares and reviews formal communications (such as technical memos and status reports), and mentors others on effective communication practices.

Schedule and Timelines: Tracks and reports on project progress, ensures timely delivery of development tasks, and supports internal and client-facing schedule updates to meet all deadlines.

Quality Management: Reviews code and technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness, identifies bugs or other quality issues, and suggests improvements to ensure all software outputs meet Ripple Effect’s quality standards and client requirements.

Business Relations: Engages professionally with clients and stakeholders by delivering high-quality technical work, presenting software findings or demos, serving as a point of contact for assigned deliverables, and recognizing opportunities for additional enhancements or follow-on projects that align with client needs.
