Network and Security Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Network & Security Engineer with strong Cisco enterprise experience to support large-scale infrastructure and security projects within a complex NHS environment.

Do you have experience in Network infrastructure?, * Strong Cisco networking background (routing, switching, enterprise environments)

• Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and managing Cisco firewalls
• Experience building and deploying switches and network equipment
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level network deployments and migrations
• Ability to manage and support large firewall estates (200-2000+ devices)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise network/security infrastructure
• Travel between multiple NHS sites will be required (mileage reimbursed at NHS rates), * How many years of experience do you have working in network and security engineering roles?
• How many years of experience do you have with Cisco enterprise networking, including routing, switching, and wireless technologies?
• Do you have hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and managing Cisco firewalls at enterprise scale?
• Are you comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday and travelling between multiple NHS sites as required? (Mileage reimbursed at NHS rates)
• Is your relevant Cisco networking and security experience clearly detailed within your CV?
