Job description

  • Generate actionable business insights through analysis of retail, dealer, customer, and operational performance data to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Develop, maintain , and enhance business intelligence solutions , including Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and performance metrics that improve visibility and accountability across the organization.
  • Conduct geospatial and market opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize market coverage, support facility planning, and inform dealer network strategies
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements , translate business needs into data solutions, and communicate findings through clear, actionable recommendations
  • Drive analytics adoption and user enablement by providing training, support, documentation, and best practices that increase utilization of reporting and analytical tools.
  • Support cross-functional transformation initiatives through data analysis, measurement frameworks, process improvement, and automation efforts that increase organizational efficiency and scalability

  • Sets standards for business data analysis tools and techniques, advises on their application, and ensures compliance.
  • Provides solutions to data requirements in the business data analysis process.
  • Directs the implementation of business data collection processes and educates junior employees on new data sources.
  • Evaluates the quality of business data collected and the effectiveness of data analysis methods.
  • Oversees the use of business data analysis software and troubleshoots for common errors.
  • Suggests conclusions with results drawn from business data analysis.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

  • Advises on advanced research analysis methods.
  • Evaluates research analysis best practices within the industry.
  • Analyzes published research reports and their possible implications.
  • Implements research analysis standards within the organization.
  • Controls the quality of research analysis., * Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Geography, Information Systems, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, GIS, data visualization, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ArcGIS, Esri products, or other GIS platforms.
  • Experience supporting dealer, retail, sales, marketing, or customer experience organizations.
  • Knowledge of customer journey analytics, channel analytics, or retail performance metrics.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions

Benefits & conditions

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
