Job description

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment. You will work closely with development and operations teams to build, deploy, monitor, and maintain reliable cloud-based applications and infrastructure., * Build, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS.

Work with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
Automate routine tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Manage infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and container technologies.
Support Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot cloud, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
Use Git for source code and version control.
Follow cloud security, deployment, and DevOps best practices.
Work collaboratively with developers, engineers, and other technical teams.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, AWS, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Good understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.
Experience with Docker and Infrastructure as Code.
Working knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with Git and version control.
Knowledge of Linux and command-line environments.
Basic to intermediate scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and firewalls.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related technical/STEM field.
