We’re looking for a proactive and organised IT Service Support Analyst to join our team in Maidenhead, playing a vital role in ensuring employees have the systems, equipment, and support they need to succeed every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with IT support or administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with technology, and takes pride in delivering an excellent service. From onboarding new starters and managing user accounts to device provisioning, asset management, and first-line support, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our business running smoothly while continuing to develop your technical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and access changes for employees across the business.
  • Create and maintain user accounts within Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and business systems.
  • Provide 1st line IT support, resolving user queries and service desk tickets.
  • Procure, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset, licence, and user account records.
  • Support device patching, system administration, and day-to-day IT operations.
  • Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and service excellence initiatives.

Requirements

  • Organised and highly detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to work.
  • Customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume administrative tasks.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and develop within IT.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a structured environment.

Benefits & conditions

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive IT team, develop your technical skills, and play a key role in delivering the technology and support that keeps the business running smoothly every day.

Why Dignity? Dignity exists to help every family in Britain navigate the hardest moments of life with simplicity, dignity, kindness and exceptional care. Our head office teams, across functions like finance, HR, marketing and IT, make sure the people working directly with families have what they need to do that well.

Dignity is going through a real period of change. We’re building better systems, simplifying how things work, and strengthening the business for the long term, and head office plays a big part in making that happen.

We look for people who take pride in their work, support their colleagues, and want to keep learning. You’ll be part of a close team, and you’ll be able to see the difference your work makes, even when you’re not working with families directly.

If you’re looking for a role with variety, a supportive team, and the chance to grow, Dignity is a good place to be

What you can expect from us We believe in rewarding our colleagues with a strong, supportive benefits package that helps you feel secure, valued and able to grow.

  • A little extra reward - Opportunity to earn a yearly bonus of up to £300-£500 in recognition of your contribution.
  • Planning for your future - 4% matched pension to help you build long-term financial security.

  • Everyday savings and perks - Access to MyStaffShop, our employee rewards platform, offering savings across high street and online retailers, alongside eyecare support, flu jab reimbursement and lifestyle discounts.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Statement Our vision is to connect with our clients, colleagues, company, and communities based on our principles whilst celebrating our differences. We aim to empower leaders and colleagues to seek out and understand new voices and perspectives; to be vocal about inequity and exclusion, and to take decisive, informed, and bold action to promote inclusion and belonging. Any unsolicited submissions from agencies will be accepted as a direct application from the candidate, and no fees will be payable. We reserve the right, depending on application numbers, to close or extend the closing dates for positions; we would therefore recommend an early application.
