IT Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line)

I am looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide high-quality 1st- and 2nd-line support across a multi-site business.

• Act as a key point of contact for IT support across the business
• Troubleshoot and resolve 1st and 2nd line issues
• Deliver remote and desk-side support in a Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage user lifecycle processes (joiners, leavers, moves) via Entra ID and M365
• Support the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, driving improvements and modernisation
• Maintain documentation and help deliver a high-quality user experience

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, * Experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk or Desktop Support role

• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
• Working knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft Defender or similar endpoint security tooling
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience supporting multi-site or remote users, * IT support: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving License (required)

Please note, role will include occasional travel to other UK sites.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
