Job description

Shape the integration backbone of a global enterprise, leading Azure cloud integration platforms that connect systems, data and digital products at scale. This Lead Software Engineer - Azure Integration role offers real technical ownership and strategic impact., As Lead Software Engineer - Azure Integration, you will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable and resilient integration solutions across a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders to shape how systems connect, how data flows and how Azure platforms support wider transformation. This is a hands-on senior software engineering leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, setting technical direction and acting as a trusted reference point across delivery teams.

  • Lead Azure integration design across enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
  • Deliver secure, scalable and resilient integration solutions.
  • Guide engineers through complex technical decisions and implementation.
  • Review code, architecture patterns and engineering quality.
  • Influence standards across microservices and serverless environments.
  • Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration services.
  • Background delivering enterprise integration solutions.
  • Knowledge of event-driven, message-based and microservices architectures.
  • Understanding of synchronous, asynchronous, publish/subscribe and orchestration patterns.
  • Experience guiding engineers and reviewing technical work.
  • Ability to explain technical constraints to product and business teams. Nice-to-Have

  • Serverless architecture experience.
  • Background in large-scale digital transformation.
  • Experience improving integration standards across multiple engineering teams.
  • Interest in exploring new technologies and sharing knowledge.
