You will work closely with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders to shape how systems connect, how data flows and how Azure platforms support wider transformation. This is a hands-on senior software engineering leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, setting technical direction and acting as a trusted reference point across delivery teams.

• Lead Azure integration design across enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
• Deliver secure, scalable and resilient integration solutions.
• Guide engineers through complex technical decisions and implementation.
• Review code, architecture patterns and engineering quality.
• Influence standards across microservices and serverless environments.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration services.
• Background delivering enterprise integration solutions.
• Knowledge of event-driven, message-based and microservices architectures.
• Understanding of synchronous, asynchronous, publish/subscribe and orchestration patterns.
• Experience guiding engineers and reviewing technical work.

• Ability to explain technical constraints to product and business teams. Nice-to-Have

• Serverless architecture experience.
