  • Manage user accounts, backups, and keep systems secure and updated.

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or willingness to train for this and other certs (we’ll support you!).

Bonus Points For

  • Experience documenting fixes or building knowledge bases.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (O365, Azure)-not a must, but a definite plus.
  • Any scripting, automation, or home-lab tinkering (tell us about it!).
  • A track record of happy users and a few technical “war stories.”, * IT Support: 3 years (required)

Benefits & conditions

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a team that really cares-about tech, our clients, and each other.
  • You’ll get hands-on with both cutting-edge and classic technologies (and everything in between).
  • We encourage your development-through training, experience, and honest feedback.
  • 28-Days holiday, casual dress, and a management team that values your well-being.
  • Real recognition for your efforts (and the occasional treat when you go above and beyond).
  • Work based in our Bournemouth HQ-no endless remote queues, but plenty of teamwork and support.

Reality Check

Some days might be busy, and some tickets are trickier than others, but we believe in learning as you go and having each other’s backs. You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be curious, resilient, and ready to help wherever you’re needed.

Ready to join us?

Send us your CV, a cover letter that shows who you are, and tell us about a technical moment you’re proud of-whether it’s a home lab triumph or a support ticket you turned from disaster to delight.
