Job description

  • Resolve Level 2 Telephony / Video Conferencing Oriented Incidents
  • Support hardware or application tshooting.
  • Respond to customer escalations
  • Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
  • Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ensure the sanity of the Telephony / Videoconferencing infrastructure.
  • Management of the local team and sharing of skills.
  • Vendor & L3 escalations when needed.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco video conferencing (CMS, Expressways, B2B, MRA)
  • Advanced knowledge & Hands on Cisco VC Endpoints different models (Room, SX,personal, EQ , Webex & Board series)
  • Advanced knowledge & Hands on room peripherals (room navigators,barco, Displays)
  • Advanced knowledge of video codecs & Encryption algorithms
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS, TRP)
  • Good knowledge of licensing models & certificates.
  • Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols, security as well as system administration.
  • Knowledge of VMware
  • CCNP Voice
  • Team Management/ People Skills….etc
