• Strong hands-on experience building production ETL/ELT and data pipelines
• Databricks, Delta Lake, Jobs & Workflows
• Strong Python/PySpark and SQL
• Strong with DBT
• Experience with Medallion Architecture - Bronze, Silver, Gold
• Understanding of Unity Catalog, data governance, access control, permissions, groups, and schemas
• Experience handling large, messy, and heterogeneous datasets
• Data quality, validation, monitoring, and alerting
• Git and collaborative development practices
• Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

• Databricks, DBT
• Delta Sharing
• Databricks Workspace or Metastore administration
• AWS
• CI/CD and workflow orchestration
• Data modeling and analytics engineering

• PII and data privacy experience

• GIS/geospatial or CKAN/open-data platform experience
