• Leading and coordinating the Communications Concurrent Engineering Team’s (CET) Integration and Test efforts
• Managing technical execution cost and schedule, and presenting to senior leadership as well as the customer
• Proactively engaging in proper Earned Value Management and keeping the multiple programs informed on status and making progress
• Evaluating planned vs. actual performance management in support of Earned Value Management, Work Package Management, and Control Account Management
• Performing Integrated Master Schedule Development and Schedule Status Management.Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as
• Schedule revisions,
• Manpower adjustments
• Fund allocations
• Work requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with government customers
• Experience or interest in project engineering, planning, cost estimating, or technical documentation
• A structured, analytical approach to managing data, deliverables, and configuration-controlled environments
• The ability to collaborate across engineering, program management, and operations teams, Bachelor’s Degree in a related STEM field with 9+ years related experience or Master’s Degree with 7+ years related experience.

Experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties.

Experience with Engineering Basis of Estimate (BOE).

Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance at the Secret level.

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
